BIRDY is a pretty 4 year old 'moo hound' with beautiful white and black markings. She is medium sized, confident and lively. She could be LASSIE's and PEACHES' sister from another mister. BIRDY has run many races in her time and now deserves to put up her paws and have a taste of the sweet life. BIRDY has already been to the park. BIRDY needed help getting in and out of the car. She is confident and walked well outside, very inquisitive to her surroundings and had a good sniff along the path, just checking out all the scents along the way. BIRDY met a spaniel and she was wagging her tail confidently when they exchanged sniffs. She is a good walker sticking to her handler's side. She did come to a halt as she approached a foot bridge, but gentle encouragement got her walking again. At the open area of the park, BIRDY was very alert, but also quite relaxed, looking and listening to all the new sights and sounds. She was reluctant to leave the park as she was having such a good time, again a bit of gentle encouragement helped her on her way. BIRDY is a very friendly girl who loves attention and a bit of a fuss. She has a lovely nature and enjoys her walks. She will make a wonderful pet for a lucky adopter.
