Distinguished, gently greying and a little bit suave.
BRUNO is a new arrival and he is already winning hearts and admirers. BRUNO is on the more mature side at 5 years old.
His face is gently greying and, with snowflake sprinkles on his coat, BRUNO is soooo handsome and is a pretty confident and laid back sort of a guy. He is a star at kennels.

BRUNO jumped into and out of the car with ease, settling well to travel. He is a confident boy who wags his tail as he trots along. He’s a good walker on the lead and very manageable for a bigger boy.
Firstly, BRUNO met an off lead collie and they exchanged sniffs. He then passed a collie cross and he was ok, continuing on his walk.
A black water spaniel (seemed very nervous) approached. BRUNO was very interested, but when they met, BRUNO lunged forward to the dog (a muzzle prevented any issues). BRUNO was pulled away, without a problem and carried on walking. No harm done and an invaluable reminder that the muzzle and harness are the most useful tools when getting to know your new greyhound.
BRUNO was excited to meet two border terriers who then just passed him. Later, he was intently watching a black labrador in the distance A one point, he did an excited hop and a skip!
BRUNO is confident with people. A large group passed and he went over to say hi. When a big group of cyclists passed on the road, he was interested but not fazed by this.
BRUNO was keen to have a look into a coffee shop on the high street and jumped up to have a peek to see what was going on. He is a nosey lad.
There were mainly positive interactions with other breeds on his walk, remember that BRUNO has never encountered these before. He understandably got a bit excited with some dogs and their manners and, as with all our ex racers, use of a muzzle and harness is imperative until you know your dog’s reactions in the many different situations he will come across in the early days. Patience, kindness, confidence and positivity are key to getting the best out of your new companion.
BRUNO is a super lad who will make a great pet. He is simply adorable.
An elegant fellow, BRUNO is easy to fall in love with.
