| MAC is a gentle soul, mature and a most wonderful walker on the lead in the woods. He shares his kennel and woodland walks with BARBARA. He really ought to be called KEN, as he is KEN to her BARBIE! They would make the most fabulous balanced pair as they complement each other so well and have kennelled together while racing. It would be such a pity to break them up .MAC is a gentle soul, mature and a most wonderful walker on the lead in the woods. He shares his kennel and woodland walks with BARBARA. He really ought to be called KEN, as he is KEN to her BARBIE! They would make the most fabulous balanced pair as they complement each other so well and have kennelled together while racing. It would be such a pity to break them up . MAC is a 6 year old, black boy, a chilled dude in kennels, so we do not anticipate him having much trouble adjusting to home comforts (particularly if he has his sweetheart BARBARA to keep him company – Just saying!! ). When he went to the local park, MAC was lifted into the car. He stood up on the short journey. He enjoyed all the new sights and sounds in the park. MAC walked steadily and was manageable with his harness. MAC, bless him, had a baptism of fire meeting three different dog types in quick succession. An off-lead, highly energetic young viszla, a labradoodle on lead and a pack of small terriers. He behaved in much the same way with all of them. He wanted to play and was animated. Remember that some of our ex racers may not have encountered different breeds. They soon get used to the idea with gentle, steady socialisation and familiarity. After these exciting interactions, MAC kept looking back for his buddies as he walked down the high street. He rather liked the park! At 6 years old, MAC hasn't yet known home life, but he sure is more then ready to try it out. A fab boy with the makings of a fab companion. Just needs a chance. If you would like to show gorgeous MAC a new world, please call Celia on 07826 244765 for more information about the adoption process. Ask for MAC (and BARBARA!). |
