We are happy to announce that BESSIE has been rehomed to Mr. Neil Ward from Glasgow, where we are certain that she will be very happy indeed. BESSIE is the hundredth dog that we have found a home for.
Celia and Jimmy and all the dogs would like to thank, very sincerely, Michelle and Adrian Hewson, of The Sign Company, Nicol Street, Kirkcaldy, for their very kind donation of sweat shirts for Greyhound Rescue Fife. We would also like to compliment the company on the high standards of professionalism which the company attain.
A big thank you to Robert Ness for the use of his property for our rescue. "You stoically assure us you never hear dogs barking but, we know full well, that with ten dogs in the kennels and eight of our own, the barking must drive you mad. Thanks Robert."
Sometimes we are asked to advertise a dog for rehoming when the trainer keeps the dog to save our kennel space. Sometimes there is not a kennel available with us. It has come sadly to our attention that a trainer has abused this privilege and RACED a dog which was displayed on our website. We will never rehome for this person ever again. As ever the dogs will be the ones who will miss out. SHAME!!!

Jackie McCabe has written a beautiful poem about Gypsy, the dog who was wandering for so long earlier this year. Please look on the Poems page.
